Must be well versed in all aspects of office and retail property
management.
Responsibilities:
- Managing routine maintenance
- Planning, organizing, & executing small to large construction projects $5,000 - $150,000
- Plan, design and implement tenant build-outs
- Budgeting & cost control
- Preventative maintenance systems
- Tenant/customer service oriented
