Robert A. FerreeCEO
Bob Ferree founded Landmark Properties Group in 1984 and under his leadership has grown it from a single property in 1984 to currently 17 properties in 5 states totaling over 1 million sq. ft. He has over 21 years of real estate development, acquisition and divestiture experience. Bob is also an equity owner in a number of non-real estate businesses. He has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration from Robert Morris College.

Scott Heimel – Director of Leasing
Scott joined Landmark Properties Group in 2007. Scott has over 10 years in Property Management experience for both residential and commercial properties. Scott has been a licensed real estate agent for over 9 years. Scott also is Owner, and operator of residential rental properties, specializing in rehab properties. Currently, Scott is working towards obtaining his broker license.

William C. Hamm, Jr. – Accountant/Investment Advisor
Bill has been a private investment analyst and accountant for the Ferree family since 1981. He has vast experience in public accounting, including financial, tax accounting, investment and business analysis. Prior to this position, he worked for 15 years with a public accounting firm.

Joe Calloway – Director of Real Estate  
After serving 7 years in the US Navy, Joe started a residential real estate investment company which concentrated in acquiring, rehabilitating and renting residential properties in the South Side area of Pittsburgh. He joined Landmark in 2007 as the Acquisitions Manager. Joe has a B.A. in Organizational Leadership from Fort Hays State University and an MBA from the University of Pittsburgh.

Heather R. Williams – Director of Accounting Services
Heather has 11 years of private and public accounting experience. Prior to joining Landmark Properties Group in June 2005, she worked for a public accounting firm dealing with financial and tax accounting. Her private accounting experience is with Arthur J. Gallagher, Inc., an insurance brokerage firm. Heather has a B.S. Degree in Business Administration with an accounting emphasis from the Ohio State University.

Maria YoccoMarketing Coordinator
Maria Yocco joined Landmark Properties Group as Marketing Coordinator in May 2008.  Prior to Landmark Properties, Maria was an Account Executive for FedEx Services and Payroll 1.  She also was Marketing Coordinator of Thorp Reed & Armstrong, LLP.  Ms. Yocco holds a BA degree in Marketing/Speech Communications and a Minor in Psychology from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and is currently working towards her PA Real Estate license.
 
Colin MartinAsset Manager
Colin Martin, a native of Chicago, attended Ball State University with a major in Psychology. His real estate experience over the past four years includes over 200 investment properties in Indiana.  These rental properties were often sold with creative financing including lease options.
 
Jeff BennettChief Operating Officer
Jeff brings his 27 years of operations experience to Landmark’s portfolio. Having worked with hundreds of companies around the world  through his strategic consulting practice he shares his experiences and best practices with our management team as we continue to drive operational excellence . A native of the Pittsburgh area he now resides in Sewickley , PA with his wife and two children.

In addition to the management listed above, Landmark Properties Group employs an exceptional support staff with combined experience of 50+ years; Debbie Christian, Executive Assistant, Marie Woehrel, Leasing, Acquisitions Coordinator, Melees McCune, Front Desk Receptionist and a number of on-site property maintenance personnel.
