CRANBERRY TOWNSHIP, PA (January 2019) -- Landmark Properties Group is pleased to announce Pittsburgh Skin Dermatology & Mohs Surgery is set to open at Brush Creek Commons I, located at 144 Emeryville Drive, Suite 230, Cranberry Township, PA 16066.
Pittsburgh Skin will occupy 3,053 SF of office space on the second floor, and will be home to Dr. Nicole F. Velez.
Pittsburgh Skin will offer a full range of medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatologic care.
Velez is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University, with her medical degree earned from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.
"It has been exciting working with Dr. Velez to start her first Dermatology practice," said Laura Chirillo, Property Management Assistant. "One of my favorite things about this job is to watch the excitement in our customers faces as they witness the construction process and see their dreams start to become reality."
